What are the advantages of living at Bella Vida?
Bella Vida offers two & three bedroom residences that include luxury easy living features such as a designer kitchen, a dining area, great room, a master bedroom and bath, one or two den/bedrooms, washer/dryer utilities room, and a balcony with a view of the beautiful Salt Lake Valley or the Wasatch Mountains.
Your residence includes luxury finishes such as stone counter tops in the kitchen, non-slip tile floors in the kitchen and bath, high grade carpeting in the living and master bedroom area and state-of-the-art security.
Our Concierge in the Clubhouse can help arrange anything from housekeeping to pet grooming to transportation to home health care services. You will be able to have an active lifestyle while living here. We will arrange monthly activities and you can enjoy all of the amenities on a daily basis if you wish. You can even entertain family and friends in your condo, or at the Clubhouse by renting a room, or the entire building.
Is Bella Vida age restricted?
At least one resident must be 55 years or older, per unit. A spouse,
child, grandchild, caregiver or a friend of any age may also reside
with the resident that is 55 years of age or older.
Are transportation services available at Bella
Vida?
Yes. The Concierge can help arrange transportation using our driver
& vehicle, or another service provider.
How do I receive Home Health Care should I need
it?
Our Concierge can help arrange home health care services for you, provided
by pre-screened professionals.
Can I have a pet at Bella Vida?
Yes. You may have up to 2 small household pets, including: small dogs,
cats, or birds.
Is there a Home Owners' Association at Bella
Vida?
Yes. Monthly HOA dues pay for the maintenance of common areas, and for
Club Bella Vida. Dues will be determined at a later date.
Is parking available?
Yes. All residents are entitled to one parking space under their building
in the secure parking garage, and one parking space above ground next
to their building. The building is self-park, but valet parking services
can be provided.
Can I rent out my residence?
Yes. Owners may rent their condominium home provided that at least one
occupant is 55 years or older. Bella Vida can help arrange property
management services to assist owners who desire to rent their residences.
Can I purchase a Bella Vida Residence if I am
an investor?
Yes, however, this is an age restricted property - one resident must
be 55 or older. Investment opportunities are limited. You will need
to disclose this information to your sales consultant and ask them for
more information.
When can I move into my new condo?
Construction has begun. Move in of the first condo building is estimated
to be early August 2008.
What is required to purchase a Residence at Bella
Vida?
During the pre-sales phase we require a good faith, fully refundable
deposit of $1,000. This deposit gives the buyer a priority position
on the waiting list for the selection of an individual unit in all phases
being offered. The buyer's check will be deposited in a non-interest
bearing escrow account. Buyer will be given notification, per priority,
when units are made available to the public, along with the price of
the units and current floor plans. Buyer will then have fourteen (14)
days in which to tender an acceptable Real Estate Purchase Contract
for said unit (or make mutually acceptable arrangements), make a $20,000
deposit, and submit a Pre-qualification Letter from a bank to secure
a unit. The remainder of the buyer's funds will be due at the close
of escrow. We are projecting to deliver our first condo building August
2008.
